"The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster. The second had a busted toilet lid, a large, sticky spill on the floor, and ants crawling through the beds and spill. No towels. Filthy sinks and tubs. We left rather than stay. Do not reserve or plan to...

"This place was really amazing for our short stay. The lobby was clean and welcoming. All members of staff we spoke with here really nice and helpful. The bed was really comfy too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting family in Ft. Payne! "

"Room was comfortable and clean. Some noise could be heard through walls and footsteps above could be clearly heard. The room view was a woody area behind the hotel that had some trash thrown around and could hear some noise from the Interstate that runs behind it. The beds were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. I'd stay here again."

"We stayed here while riding SXS at Indian Mtn. The beds were comfortable, tankless water heater so plenty of hot water. It’s an actual museum that appears to be open to public so the vibe is a little different your staying at a business, they have lots of snacks/food. I didn’t see any cameras but coming from shower and kitchen in my underwear with signs saying it’s monitored by camera is different. Overall nice stay worked well for us. Thank you"
